Once upon a time (in Georgia) I prepared loaves of bread to bake. Uh, oh, oven not working at all. We had just made dinner in the Weber kettle. I put in a bit more coal and put the loaves in the kettle. They were just fine. Maybe a bit smoky.

I think if I hadn't had my catering-and-only-catering brain on my shoulders, I would have had a good time figuring out alternative ways to cook the whole meal. I bet your bread was delicious!
